In the wild 1960s, the scooter-riding mods wore parkas to protect the good clothes worn underneath – and of coarse to look trendy. This large hooded parka with bellow pockets is super stylish and a fall wardrobe essential!

Recommended Materials

Jacket fabrics with some body. Fine jersey for ­lining.

Gabardine,
width: 140 cm (55 ins)
length: 4.00 – 4.05 – 4.05 – 4.10 – 4.10 m
(4 3/8 – 4 1/2 – 4 1/2 – 4 1/2 – 4 1/2 yds).

Fine ­jersey, for lining
width: 150 cm (59 ins)
length: 1.80 – 1.85 – 1.85 – 1.90 – 1.90 m
(2 – 2 1/8 – 2 1/8 – 2 1/8 – 2 1/8 yds).

Lining fabric for the sleeves,
width: 140 cm (55 ins)
length: 0.65 m (7/8 yd) for all sizes.

Elastic, 2.5 cm (1 in) wide and 0.55 – 0.55 – 0.60 – 0.60 – 0.60 m (3/4 yd) long.
