Plus size jacket sewing pattern available for download, available in various sizes.

This military style jacket can really take on big ornate buttons. It has many seams and panels to create great structure, and features an attached peplum with gathers that add a feminine touch.

Recommended Materials

Jacket fabrics with some body, with or without elastane.

Amount of Fabrics

Gabardine, with two-way stretch,
width: 140 cm (55 ins)
length: 2.35 – 2.35 – 2.40 – 2.45 – 2.45 m
( 25/8 – 2 5/8 – 2 5/8 – 2 3/4 – 2 3/4 yds).

Lining,
width: 140 cm (55 ins)
length: 1.50 m (1 3/4 yds) for all sizes.

Interfacing.

Herring­bone tape,
width: 2.5 cm (1 in)
length: 5.60 – 5.70 – 5.80 – 5.90 – 6.00 m
(6 1/8 – 6 1/4 – 6 3/8 – 6 1/2 – 6 5/8 yds).
