This knit jacket makes any man a fine specimen! The leather bands and pocket edges are original rustic details.

Recommended Materials

Knit fabrics which can be easily unravelled.

Amount of Fabrics

Loose knit fabric,
width: 140 cm (55 ins) ­
length: 1.70 – 1.70 – 1.70 – 1.70 – 2.15 m
(1 7/8 – 1 7/8 – 1 7/8 – 1 7/8 – 2 1/2 yds).

A ­piece of nappa leather or imita­tion leather, approx. 15 × 75 cm (6 × 30 ins).

Braided trim, 1.5 cm (5/8 in) wide and 0.55 m (3/4 yd) long.

Elastic, 7 mm (1/4 in) wide and 1.10 – 1.15 – 1.15 – 1.20 – 1.25 m (1 1/4 – 1 3/8 – 1 3/8 – 1 3/8 – 1 1/2 yds) long.

Interfacing.

Vilene Bias Tape/ stay tape.

1 separating two-way zip, 65 – 70 – 70 – 70 – 70 cm (26 – 28 – 28 – 28 – 28 ins) long.

A piece of lining fabric for the pocket pieces.

Knitting needles in size to match fabric yarn.

Seam Allowance

This pattern doesn't include seam allowance
