This lovely little number comes to us thanks to member joclin, a winner from our
Summer in the City competition. Depending on your fabric, you can make this top elegant and dressy or fun and casual, without even falling down the rabbit hole. We used a silk satin for the main self and belt, and silk charmeuse for the sleeves. Instead of Velcro, we used wide flat hook and eyes, with a big sparkly button on top. This top would also be very nice in light cottons. Thanks again, joclin!

It could be my mistake putting the pattern pieces together for this one, but piece 11 and piece 1 appear to be switched. My 11 has the pleats, lines up perfectly when i assembled it (and piece 1 is less wide and has no pleats). I transferred the markings etc. When re-reading the instructions, it indicates piece 1 should have pleats. Not for me. Just want to make everyone aware if this is an error so they don’t waste a bunch of time and interrupt their sewing flow (and cut the wrong pieces out of your expensive fabric!!!!)
