Girl’s dress sewing pattern available for download. Available in various sizes.

This little girls dress gives any classic fabric a modern style. It is sleeveless and embellished with a band laid loosely in pleats.

Recommended Materials

Dress fabrics with some body. Crêpe as contrast­ing fabric.

Amount of Fabrics

Houndstooth fabric,
width: 150 cm (59 ins)
length: 0.75 – 0.75 – 0.80 – 0.80 – 0.85 m
(7/8 – 7/8 – 7/8 – 7/8 – 1 yd).

Crêpe, as con­trasting fabric
width: 140 cm (55 ins) ­
length: 0.15 m (1/4 yd) for all sizes or a piece of fabric, 15 × 50 cm (6 × 20 ins)­. ­

Lining,
width: 140 cm (55 ins)
length: 0.75 – 0.75 – 0.80 – 0.80 – 0.85 m
(7/8 – 7/8 – 7/8 – 7/8 – 1 yd).

Vilene Bias Tape/ stay tape.

A small piece of interfacing. ­

Piping in a contrasting colour: 0.75 – 0.80 – 0.85 – 0.90 – 0.90 m (7/8 – 7/8 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1 yd).

1 metal zip, 16 cm (7 ins) long.
