Description

Women’s jacket sewing pattern available for download. Available in various sizes and is produced by BurdaStyle Magazine.

This is a statement jacket! This high collar jacket is the perfect project for a sewer looking for a detailed and challenging project. There are zipper and leather details through with color contrast.

This pattern is from the Modern Lines collection.

Recommended Materials

Jacket fabrics with some body.

Amount of Fabrics

High-tech mesh fabric,
width: 150 cm (59 ins)
length: 1.35 – 1.35 – 1.45 – 1.45 – 1.45 m (1 1/2 –
1 1/2 – 1¾ – 1¾ – 1¾ yds).

Nappa leather for the undersleeve. You will need 1 leather skin with about 4 sq.ft. (1 sq.ft. = 30 x
30 cm). We recommend taking the paper pattern with you to buy the leather.

Note: As an alternative to genuine leather, you can use soft imitation leather. In this case, you will need 0.60 m (¾ yd), 140 cm (55 ins) wide.

Petersham ribbon, 2.5 cm (1 inch) ­wide: 3.80 – 3.80 – 3.85 – 3.85 – 3.90 m (4¼ yds).

Petersham ribbon,
width: 1.5 cm (5/8 in)
length: 0.60 – 0.60 – 0.60 – 0.65 – 0.65 m (¾ – ¾ – ¾ – 3/4 – 3/4 yd).

1 separating two-way metal zip, 70 cm (28 ins) long. 2 metal zips (sleeves), 16 cm (6½ ins) long.

Textile adhesive.
