Description

Girl’s dress sewing pattern available for download. Available in various sizes.

Taffeta and tulle in abundance! This long dress is perfect for any special occasion. This close-fitting lace bodice is a lovely counterpart to the full skirt. It is lined in cotton and closed at the back with several small buttons. A wide batiste belt with small pleats accentuates the waist.

Note: This is the same pattern PDF as the Tiered Maxi-Dress and the Embroidered Dress

Recommended Materials

Lace fabric with a scalloped edge for the dress bodice and taffeta and soft tulle for the skirt.

Guipure lace fabric with two scalloped edges,

Soft tulle,

Batiste (lining),
width: 150 cm (59 ins)

Loop tape with small loops: 0.30 – 0.30 – 0.35 – 0.35 – 0.35 m (3/8 – 3/8 – 1/2 – 1/2 – 1/2 yd).

19 – 20 – 21 – 22 – 23 small fabric-covered buttons.

Hair ornament:
raffia wire, approx. 85 cm (33 1/2 ins) long.

A piece of organza, 25 × 20 cm (10 × 8 ins).

A piece of delicate fabric for the bands 75 × 5 cm (30 × 2 ins).

Lace trim with one scalloped edge, 1.5 cm (5/8 in) wide: 1.50 m (1 3/4 yds).

Hot glue gun.
