This easy draft-it-yourself little girl’s fairy costume is so adorable. It includes instructions on how to make this puffy little tutu, sash, and starry necklace.

Skirt and sash:
Tulle,
width: 150 cm (59 in)
length: 5.40 – 5.60 – 5.75 – 6.00 – 6.20 m
(6 – 6 1/8 – 6 3/8 – 6 5/8 – 6 7/8 yds).

Star-print tulle,
width: 145 cm (57 in)
length: 1.15 – 1.20 – 1.20 – 1.25 – 1.25 m
(1 3/8 – 1 3/8 – 1 3/8 – 1 1/2 – 1 1/2 yds).

Lining,
width: 140 cm (55 in)
length: 0.30 m (3/8 yd).

Elastic, 2 cm (3/4 in) wide and 0.60 m (3/4 yd) long.

Star necklace:
paper stars, 2 medium (5 cm / 2 in) and 2 small (3.5 cm / 11/2 in) (Knorr Prandell).

Self-adhesive glitter foil, Aluminium wire & Glue.

Taffeta ribbon, 1.5 cm (5/8 in) wide and 0.80 m (7/8 yd) long.
