Knit velours fabric,

length: 1.30 – 1.30 – 1.30 – 1.35 – 1.35 m
(1 1/2 – 1 1/2 – 1 1/2 – 1 5/8 – 1 5/8 yds).
A small piece of black felt.
Fusible web. Bias tape, 4 cm (1 5/8 ins) wide and 0.70 – 0.70 – 0.75 – 0.75 – 0.80 m (7/8 yd) long.
A small piece of blue cotton fabric, 115 × 15 cm (46 × 6 ins), for bow tie.
