Description

Women’s plus size trousers sewing patterns available for download. Available in various sizes and is produced by BurdaStyle Magazine.

This pattern is a variation pattern with instructions for both styles A & B

These long elegant trousers have a bootcut style with sharp creases for a professional look. The have two hidden front and back pockets with a front zipper. There is also an incorporated elastic band for a comfortable fit in the back of the pants.

Both A and B trousers are from the Metropolitan collection.

Recommended Materials

Wool trouser fabric.

Amount of Fabrics

View A:
Herringbone tweed,
width: 150 cm (59 ins)
length: 1.85 – 1.85 – 2.20 – 2.25 – 2.30 m (2 – 2 – 2½ – 2 1/2 – 2 1/2yds).

Lining for the pockets,
widthL 140 cm (55 ins)
length: 0.35 m (½ yd) for all sizes.

Interfacing.

Elastic,
width: 2.5 cm (1 inch)
length: 0.45 – 0.45 – 0.50 – 0.55 – 0.55 m (½ – ½ – ½ – ¾ – ¾ yd).

1 zip, 18 – 18 – 20 – 20 – 20 cm (7 – 7 – 8 – 8 – 8 ins) long.

1 trouser hook fastener. 1 flat inside button.

View B:
Wool crêpe,
width: 140 cm (55 ins)
length: 2.20 – 2.20 – 2.35 – 2.50 – 2.50 m (2½ – 2½ – 2 1/2 – 2¾ – 2¾ yds).
