Description

Women’s plus size shirt sewing patterns available for download. Available in various sizes and is produced by BurdaStyle Magazine.

This pattern is a variation pattern with instructions for both styles A & B

This nicely fitting sheath dress is cut with bust darts and slightly flared shape, which gives it beautiful shape. You can also choose to alter the pattern into a simple boatneck shirt with 3/4 sleeves.

Shirt A and Dress B are both from the Metropolitan collection.

Recommended Materials

Dress fabrics with some stand of wool or mixed fabric.

Amount of Fabrics

View A:
Wool crêpe,
width: 140 cm (55 ins)
length: 1.70 – 1.70 – 1.70 – 1.75 – 1.75 m (1 3/4 –
1 3/4 – 1 3/4 – 2 – 2 yds).

Interfacing.

Petersham ribbon,
width: 2.5 cm (1 inch)
length: 1.75 – 1.80 – 1.80 – 1.85 – 1.90 m (2 – 2 – 2 – 2 – 2 yds).

1 invisible zip, 22 cm (9 ins) long and a special presser foot.

Embroidery thread.

View B:
Jacquard with a pattern repeat of 90 cm
(35½ ins),
width: 150 cm (59 ins)
length: 3.20 m (3½ yds) for all sizes, cut on the cross.

Interfacing.

1 in­visible zip, 60 cm (24 ins) long and a special presser foot.

Seam Allowance

This pattern doesn't include seam allowance

    Where can i find this kind of dress but in regular (not plus) sizes? I don’t know yet how to change patterns, so wouldn’t risk adjusting it. Thank you!
