This lovely dress flow down past the waist, has a deep v-neck and a cinched waist. The cap sleeves and longer hemline keep it classy and demure.

    Where is the best place to shorten the skirt? I don’t want to lose the fullness by just taking it off the hem. I’m 5’1" and need to lose about 6" in length.
