Women’s blazer sewing pattern available for download. Available in various sizes and is produced by BurdaStyle Magazine.

This double breasted blazer has dramatic shoulder lifts on each shoulder. You will love the front and back darts, which give it a perfectly feminine fit as well as the pockets.

This pattern is from the The Hills are Alive collection.

This pattern is a variation pattern with instructions for both styles A & B

Jacket fabrics of wool or blends.

Amount of Fabrics

Wool fabric,
width: 140 cm (55 in)
length: 1.90 – 1.90 – 1.90 – 2.00 – 2.00 m (2 1/8 – 2 1/8 – 2 1/8 – 2 1/4 – 2 1/4 yds).

Lining,
width: 140 cm (55 in)
length: 1.30 m (1 1/2 yds) for all sizes.

Interfacing.

4 buttons and 1 flat inside button.

Lightweight shoulder pads.

View A: wool yarn in a contrasting color for the blanket stitching.

Embroidery thread in a contrasting color.

    Love Burda! But this jacket is a nightmare. The instructions are the worst, the sleeves are way too big for the jacket itself, so I had to reduce the size of the sleeve’s top part. Otherwise, it looked clownish. Overall it’s cute, but way too much hassle :-(
