thanks for the pattern for the tie band, yoshimi! i may not get to heidi in the near future, but i will definitely try the belt on some other dresses that are badly in need of some sprucing...

The lace Heidi is marvelous. Your neckline is so smooth. I have no place to wear such a formal frock, but yours makes me wish the pattern makers would have considered women who are plus-sizes. It would be throwing money away to purchase a pattern which would require such extensive adaptations before it could be sewn. Again, thanks for the photos. PS Did you make gloves to match?
