Thanks for your comments on my desira top and silky top. I did modify the pattern for the silky top a little (Simplicity Sew Stylish 3867). I omitted the band that was supposed to go under the bodice and tie in front (I didn't want a bow on the front of my top and I didn't have enough fabric). By the way, I really like your black and white shoulder bag. I am thinking about making a bag for the summer.
