About my dress, I used a dress pattern (Burda magazine 12/2006, a reader's design) for the bodice but I modified it a lot. Frex, I changed the neckline and made it longer (it was only waist-lenght). I also didn't use the bottom part of the pattern, but made my own. It was a squre piece and I basically just calculated the right amount of fabric for the pleats. So, to answer your question: I don't have an actual pattern for the dress but I might do and upload it here once I figure out how.
