My name is Shay Brass and i grew up in Winnipeg for my entire life and well i just turned fourteen rececently and i started out my sewing interest when i first saw my great grandma making me moccassins and thats what really sparked my interest. And then my sewing career (well hobby=]) really didnt start with sewing but more Beadwork. i think i made my first two beadwork creations when i was 8 and then about 2 years ago i took sewing(clothing and textiles) for my shops class which was my real first experience in sewing. My teacher was always really impressed with my work and my marks soared above the rest of the class. and then last winter i tried my hand at star blankets,A really big part in my culture,but i got lazy and then i lost my almost finished blanket and thats all my sewing history Lol just a little too much but thats about me :P
