SHIRLIZA's WALL (4)
hey sorry for the really late reply. all i did to distress the denim was sanding it. i just used regular grained sand paper and rubbed down the denim to where i thought it looked good. and then for the whiskering distressed effects on the pockets i just wrinkled the denim with my fingers and sanded the tops of the wrinkles. i would post a how to but i don't have any denim left to do pictures with.
Hi. Thank you for your comments on my creations. It's very nice from you :)
Hi Shirliza! Thanks for your comments! I am glad that my posting of the flared Anita encouraged you to finish yours!
Thanks for your comment on my trousers. I am not skinny enough to feel comfortable in tight pants but dont like things too baggy, that is the good thing about sewing your own. Also it is a great learning curve!!! Well done on your creations the look very neat and well finished.
