Mom to 2 and wife to one. Besides that, being a teacher and translator can be fun (read: hectic) and sewing/knitting/designing (doing something with my hands) is an outlet for me to keep my balance. I love bright colours, and I am addicted to fabric. I treasure cotton and lax as organic materials (besides the fact that their creasing tickles my nerves) and I adore working with saten and silk for their nature to beautifully contour and accentuade the curves of the body. As a child I was surrounded with gorgeous fabric and I was literally raised with Burda (one of my grandmas was a professional seamstress)so today I am honoured to be a part of the Burdastyle community of amazingly talented people which is a great source for further knowledge enhancement and exchange of tips and ideas.
