What are you talking about it would look great on you! Thats the beauty of the high waisted skirt, it makes everyones waist look tiny. Plus if you make it so that it doesn't get tight around the thighs it kinda flows away from the tummy. I hate when high skirts get tight around the bum.. it looks weird! But i think you should make one! It would look good!
