    Get this- you can buy zigzagger attachments too! they move the fabric side to side under the needle. I'm been meaning to post a video on here of my attachments, I will as soon as my camera gets back from being fixed.

    AAAAAAAAAAARG! five pound? Now I am INSANELY jealous! as for it not doing buttonholes, have you ever tried out a buttonhole attachment? I have two for my straight-stitch-only vintage singer and they make BEAUTIFUL buttonholes, better than what I get on my machine with built-in buttonhole. I've paid around 20 australian dollars for each buttonholer on ebay. you just need to make sure you get the right one for your machine- check the shank type.
