Hey !! I am glad you liked my husband's shirt. It was the same with mine too. He didn't want me to sew to him. So I did it without his permission. He even didn't know that I was doing it. I was hiding the fabric etc. When he was at work I used his other shirts to fit the burdastyle's pattern to his size. So he was shocked, and his friend was there when I gifted the shirt. The friend couldn't believe I made it, he loved it. So I advice you to try to make it without letting him now. I am sure he will be surprised and thankful!

thanks for the comment :) if you're feeling uninspired, then i suggest you look at a rowan book called new shapes. It's a book for begginers, and has some great patterns that are really quick to make. :D
