I learned sewing in school and my mum was a great help too. After being away from it for several years, in 2006 I decided to start sewing again. And I have not regretted it. The world of sewing is completely different than the world I live in during the day and I love being part of it. The feeling of wearing something unique, something I know noone else has, to find that perfect fabric, is just awesome. Even if the seam ripper comes out from time to time, I like to believe that sewing is a continously growing process and that I learn while doing.
