EMRICHKH's WALL (10)
You wanted to know where I got the rocket fabric for my son's PJs. It was crybaby fabrics. They do fantastic fabrics especially jersey and loads of them are great for kids. Luckily living in the UK I can't go overboard. I managed to get a nightie for my daughter out of the leftovers. I'll stick a photo up soon.
hi! thank you! and congrats to you already having been the featured member. i love all your fabrics and wonderful projects!
Hi thanks for your lovely comments on my silver bag. I made up the flowers myself - copying the picture in the magazine. I made saugages of fabric, turned them the correct way and then pleated them round using a hot iron. To keep the shape I had to glued them and hand sewed them as when i tried to machine them they totally lost the texture/shape. I added the little bud bit to the centre last - this is a triangle of fabric twisted around. I hope this helps/makes sence and happy flower making B-) Penny
I really like looking at your creations. You choose some interesting fabrics with great colours. Everything looks so professional! I look forward to seeing what's next.
:D i am excited that you are going to make something with wool too :D this is the exact one i bought: https://www.fabric.com/ProductDetail.aspx?ProductID=81e48afa-b8a6-417e-900e-449021185bf2
I bought the not-brushed one, but its a little pokey on the bare sking -- luckily i had lining! if you get the brushed one, its should be softer :) gooooood luck! let me know what color u end up getting :D
thank you for your comment on my wall! wool is really nice to work with. if you want to get cheap wool, fabric.com has a bunch :D also! i like your felt bookmark -- am thinking about using my leftover wool to make one of those :D
hi, thanks for the nice comment on my Marie dress. I really enjoyed reading your interview, I can't believe you started sewing quite recently, your creations look so professional! Best wishes from London!
