Hi!! Thanks on compliments!! I use some heavyer fabric with elastin for the main part and some airy elastic fabric for the hood and for parts around hands and waist! Kiss!!
i know - it is so hard to make something and be 100% satisfied with it! i have the same problem - i also end up giving stuff away. but your coat is beautiful and it is good that your sister will get use out of it after all your hard work! :)
ur country looks beautiful! no wonder you are inspired to do great work with such a great backdrop!
huge collar: i just made the length as long as i could with the amount of fabric i was working with. the blue dress dimensions are: 12 inch (at neck/shoulder) x 15 inch (length/tall) x 17 inch (wide). it'll look like a trapezoid shape. and i made 2 and sewed along the 15 inch side on both sides and attached it to the rest of the dress. really simple, esp for your sewing level! =)

Your very welcome...I am more than willing to share what little knowledge I possess. ; ^ )
Hello, Danishgirl :) Thanks for your comment! I really like your jump suit, and the fabric looks so nice. Stretchy satin... hmmmmm!
