The How-To is a shirt, but all you have to do is extend the fabric lower (and flare) for a dress!
Hi Cosabella, thanks for the comment on my Anda :-) Your baby is so cute and I really like your Tara. I made the Anda quite a lot smaller - started off cutting 2 cm's off the sides and then sewed it with 1.5cm seams, also ended up taking it in a further 1 - 1.5cm after that, good luck with the next one!
