I learned to sew from my mom, who used to make me dresses and the most intricate clothes for my Barbies. She passed her love of fabric and sewing onto me. I love creating, designing, and working with my hands in general - and though I am not the most skilled sewer...it makes me happy, which I think is what is most important!
