I'm Amarie. My friends accuse me of being a hobby hog. It's sort of true. I like working with my hands and have tried many many different things. My interest in sewing started with the all too common question many women often ask themselves as they get ready for the day: Why if I have all these clothes do I not have anything to wear? And coupled with the now social propensity to google everything under the sun, right then and there I googled 'recycle clothes' and found 'wardrobe refashion' with their own group in flickr to boot which then led me to 'free patterns' and open source sewing and then a few links later burda style.
