I am a mathematician with very little talent for art/fashion/drawing/creative stuff. That is the reason why I love sewing. :) I follow the instructions very carefully, and make the garments from same looking fabrics as seen on photo, so there is no room for creativity that would ruin the garment. I started sewing when I was pregnant with my little Eva (she was born in May 2006) and got in love with both (sewing and Eva). My other hobbies are writing funny stories and cooking desserts.

Hi Marijapo, thanks for your comment on my wall. I sometimes worry about offending someone, but I think good advice is more worthwhile that empty complements, so if it’s that obvious to me, I will give it. I'm glad to hear you appreciate. By the way, for someone who claims not to have much talent for creative stuff, you've made some pretty adventurous and succesfull fabric-and-pattern combinations! There might be more creativity to that than you know…

Thanks for your comment on my top. I'll stick to English for the sake of the others. :) I actually buy all the fabrics at a local shop in Primorska, I don't import the fabrics. But I did think about it and if I ever try, I'll let you know about the costs.

Ahoj! You're right, we could almost communicate in the same language, I love that. :-) I put more content on my site mostly because of the problems BurdaStyle encounters from time to time... a hodně štěstí v další tvorbě!

I would like to tell you I love your site - much more projects there than here! And then I'd like to tell you that I also like my shirts long and made of cotton. :-)
