wondering what to do with sleeves
Views 600
I love to sew, knit, crochet, craft, play with beads and----- anything I can do with my hands! I love remaking, recycling materials (and price-reduced materials, too! ;-D), so I guess you can call me an eco-friendly crafter?? The problem is that my eco-friendliness is causing my room to fill up with stuff I can't throw away!! Before I can start making things, I'm fighting with boxes of fabrics, soon-to-be-fabrics old clothes, buttons, laces, yarns, strings, beads, and a lot more! Ok, it's just me, I can't be tidy :-(

Thank you for your compliments on my bags!! I am also very curious what the Asian characters say. My best friend's mom speaks Cantonese, perhaps she will know. My best friend bought a shirt with characters back in middle school, and it turned out to say "red blood running down the countryside"... creepy...
Thank you so much for your beautiful comments on my skirt and fabric. I just found out yesterday that the fabrics I buy are surplus from a Sydney wholesaler and other wholesalers and designers from around Australia (lots of natural fabrics). So the quality is fantastic yes! - I picked up some more beautiful fabrics while I was there and I will be soon selling my designs on my upcoming etsy store - so keep your eye out :)
Well, if ya ever want to trade work sometime. We could arrange that. It'd be cool to wear something from around the world (that's not made in a sweatshop).
I love your stuff. You got skillz.
Thank you all for your compliments ( velvet jacket ). It is very important for me to hear what other people think about my ideas and fabric’s or furniture’s I have chosen. To answer your question Kana. I have bought these buttons a while ago ( before I bought the fabric ) and during the sewing I thought that they should look good in combination with this fabric.
