I looove sunglasses and I have more than 2. Some sunglasses don't come with a case, to avoid scratching them when I put them in my giant purse, I decided to sew a nice sunglasses' bag.

    Step 1 of 12

2.Make a buttonhole in the cover piece, at ¾” from the top seam allowance, place it in the center. This is for the ribbon. To be sure of the size of it, check the width of your ribbon, mine has 3/8”.

Materials

A cotton fabric or any you like for the cover, for the lining use a soft fabric; I used one that it's used a lot for baby blankets, some ribbon, a big bead and thread.

I enjoyed making one for my friends birthday. Can't wait to make two more for myself - one slightly larger as sunglasses are soo unpredictable. Thanks for this how-to.
