-
Step 1 of 8
Take a piece of cloth that is around 1 yard, fold it from corner to corner twice, so you have 4 layers.
-
Step 2 of 8
Take one of your own top that fits well, fold it across center and align it with the center of the second fold. Make sure the shoulder is aligned with the first fold.
-
Step 3 of 8
Cut along the body, make sure you cut it so that the waist part is smaller! Also, be at least one inch away from your own top to allow space to stitching.
-
Step 4 of 8
cut the bottom of the sleeve, make sure the sleeves are wider than your normal top.
-
Step 5 of 8
Cut out the neckline, the first cut should be small, its more for the back neck.
-
Step 6 of 8
Now cut the front neckline. Make sure it is smaller than the neckline you are expecting, because after stitching, it will become larger.
-
Step 7 of 8
Stitch the sides, bottom of the sleeves up. Finish up the neckline and other raw ages with your favorite way.

Step 8 of 8
well, I forgot that i needed to cut the neckline smaller, so i ended up with an off the shoulder :P
