Everybody needs to hem their jeans. And if you are the seamstress/seam-mister in your group of friends or family, you are the first one to know! Learn how to hem their jeans perfectly, and still maintain the jeans original hem, so they don't look hemmed!

    First ask the person who will be wearing the jeans to put on a pair of shoes that they would typically wear with these jeans. Start folding the fabric in the leg so that the jeans are at the proper length. Fold by tucking the excess length of fabric above the hem into the leg, from the outside of the jeans. Do this on only one side of the pants.

    I just pulled several pairs of my jeans from my closet and I haven't begun to hem them yet. I'm so glad I didn't; now I can try your blind hemming method, thanks!
