    This is intriguing, but I sure wish there were a few words to explain a bit of what you're doing here. I may have to play with doing something like this with my sash on my bride's maid dress this fall...

    I love the end result but I agree that steps 5, 6 & 7 need some explanation. I'd love to try it but I not sure I have to patience to try to figure it out.

    It looks like (4) the two ends of the sash are twisted around each other, but #5 has the appearance of knots (?) . Are the knots like macrame? Nehmah

    Just saw the steps today... THANKS that looks very beautiful. I get all the steps except step 6, can you explain what is happening?
