this is a stress reducer, you put it in the microwave for about 40-45 seconds, or in the freezer for 1/2 hour-1 hour, and you will be able to sit back and relax with it on.

    If you know how to make a pillow, make a long one, and do everything except stuffing it.



Materials

~Fleece, or any other fabric you want ~Ruler ~thread ~scissors ~cheap rice, or corn

    Thanks for the how to, I have been making these for years, I make them wide enough to go over the thigh muscle, or across the ankle, We have several people in the family that play soccer, and other sport games.     I am going to try this. Who doesnt need stress reduction. I think these can be great presents.

    Ill start with this right away! this bags are perfect for abdominal pain when you have your period.. also, you think is safe to use corn? wouldnt it pop in the microwave? THANKS!

    i used to have a bear with rice in it and it was the same idea.. i just never thought about making one! but anywho.. i just wanted to add that you can add cinnamon, or other spices and when its microwaved the smell is really soothing
