Thanks for the how to, I have been making these for years, I make them wide enough to go over the thigh muscle, or across the ankle, We have several people in the family that play soccer, and other sport games. i used to have a bear with rice in it and it was the same idea.. i just never thought about making one! but anywho.. i just wanted to add that you can add cinnamon, or other spices and when its microwaved the smell is really soothing
