Being obsessed with smocking lately I designed several dresses and blouses with the classic honeycomb smocking in the back panel. The great thing about this is it creates ease of movement in a fitted, structured blouse, or dress. I am re-working the design for a longer sleeve for fall/winter. And you can’t go without a peplum!
