Pinch pleats

I'm looking to make a fancy dress costume thats almost like a ballgown. Bhs have a skirt online called Blanch pinch pleat skirt but no amount of searching can tell me the best way to do those sorts of pinch pleats, not the vertical folded pleats that keep popping up. Any ideas? i'm not sure how much extra fabric length i would need either... Blanch skirt
