Disappearing posts...

Disappearing posts...

I can be a bit too fussy over how my posts look and read, and often edit them several times. This forum doesn't have a "Preview" feature for posts, so you have to Post straight away. But if you edit a post more than once, it disappears!
You often still find it by using the Search feature, but if you click on the link to the post, then you get an empty page.

      I think the programmers are working on correcting this, we reported on it last month. The problem seems to be more with threads than posts - the first post in the thread. I know I edit my posts within threads several times and they don't seem to disappear - only if it is the first post in the thread... Unless you've stumbled onto another bug :)

      Well, it looks as if this one has got worse! I made a post, edited only once, and ... it disappeared!

      Hi, this just happened to me too - I edited my post as i forgot to include lots of things and now it's gone!
