I found the cutest book at my local library with stuffed animals and dolls. It's called Toys to Sew. I have made several of these patterns--an elephant, a doll, the alligator, and loved them all! There were quite a few other stuffed animal books at the library as well, so don't underestimate the value of the library as a sewing source! If I ever get some spare sewing time I'd like to make some stuffed critter patterns to upload to BurdaStyle....
Here is one more site: www.teddybearsearch.com/patterns/ A word of caution: if you go to the "dollmakersjourney.com site, be aware that many of the free patterns require another (not-free) pattern before you can start. I hope you have fun doing this. I have one other site but I have to hunt it down. I will post it as her patterns are really easy. The instructions/illustrations are very well-done. Nehmah
Here is the last one "www.dollmaker.nunodoll.com/" This is my favorite doll/animal site. The patterns are complete, instructions come with photos and/or illustrations. She is the creator of "www.panty-hanty.net" Nehmah

There are lots of patterns for "plush toys" on the internet. Just use your search engine of choice, and something ought to come up.
