Well. For the skirt you could just make a big rectangle the length that you want the skirt to be and a width approximately double of your waist size (like the party skirt how-to). For the bustier I'm not sure what you could do but there are tons of patterns out there... just search it in google! :D
Isn't there a pattern for a bustier-type top here on burdastyle? I know i've seen it before...but cannot remember the name. you could attatch that to the party skirt how-to, and that might work!
I am new to this forum but what I do when I find something I would love to have I go to a fabirc store and check out their pattern books....I love taking from one pattern and adding another and then making it my own...I have a problem in following directions completely...therefore anything I make isn't going to look exactly like someone elses....I found in an old McCall's pattern book a bustier and many forms of it...the # is 3636...but this is an old book so the # might be different...good luck...have fun...
