i would to make some baseball it summer and the sun is killing me and what not to hate for some shade. thank

      Hmm. I'm not sure about a baseball cap, but you might try threadbanger.com. Their latest episode was "how to make a hat out of pants". That might serve your purpose.....

      If you check out wildginger.com, they have free pattern software (Wild Things) that has a bunch of hats that you can make or change. I know I saw a sun hat and a baseball style hat.
