Plus size patterns!!

Hi it would be awesome to see some more cool plus size patterns espesh dresses & skirts! A high waist skirt would be fantastic! Or even just making all the patterns go up to size 60 - because theres no reason plus size babes can't wear the same designs as skinnier babes! Don't you think??Thank you Burdastyle! :D

      Putting plus pattern list together

I surely do agree. If you can get your hands on a copy of "Ottobre", (the magazine for women) the size range is quite nice. I am a Eu. 50, my daughter is a 46 and my oldest granddaughter is a 34. With their patterns, we are able to wear the same outfits. It is the choice of the pattern designers as to whether we may have the pattern or not... Nehmah

*jumping up and down** Me too! It's amazing how many regular patterns are just what I want but stop too small. Then the 'plus' size ones are ugly and not at all interesting.

Kiki_r - Did you find that mag in Oz? I'd love to look at that one too.

I agree! I'd love to have more plus sizes avail and I don't like most of teh blah plus size patterns! Maybe we should just make our own......... you know, just add how ever many inches we need to onto said pattern we're crazy about? I haven't tried it myself, but I have a friend who sews for other people who can't, and that's what she does... just added however many inches to the actual pattern!

      Hope that helped a little....
