For the last 3 days on two different computers I have not been able to access the catalogue of patterns. I can click onto patterns from the main pag where some items are featured, but i cannot click on to the tab along the toolbar, each time i recieve an error message saying the administrator will be notified, anybody else experiance this?
Hi everyone,
We have already spoken to our programmers and they are working away at it. For the time being, you can access individual patterns by using the "search" box and searching by their names or finding them through the patterns with creations page. Once you find it, you can download it. Hope that helps
Hi Hannah, Oh yes; I spent the past two days trying in vain to re-download a defective pattern. I wanted to be sure that the "errors" were really there. (They were.) Unless the team has fixed the problem, the BS-003/Thai Fisherman's Pants has alignment points missing across the middle(#3) row and several columns have mis-labeled points. Which makes pattern assembly just a teeny bit difficult. Bless her heart, last night Nikki Shell posted the tip, now seen in Alden's post, or I would still be trying to figure out where the patterns are. Thanks so much Nikki. Nehmah
