Men's size 102?!

Hey! I want to sew the Jakob-shirt for my boyfriend, but he is tall and slim and normally wears a 102. Is there any rule how to lengthen the pattern pieces? There are so less patterns with those sizes... Luzie

      Good question! My man is tall as well and I would have the same problem.
