When we're uploading photos, the instructions say "400 px wide". However, the pictures actually have to keep both the width and the heigth (555 px) in order not to be cropped. Could you, please, include this in the instructions? So there would be no more ugly cropped and stretched pictures the members actually are not responsible for having on their creations, because they really did follow what the site told them to do? It's a very simple thing, and it would improve the site immensely! Thank you.
I actually know this from Ceregana. She claims it's enough to keep the proportions, and if you keep them, you even can leave the picture in bigger resolution... but anyway, I think it should be included in the instructions at the upload, when it works like that!
I only managed to get my pictures sized properly if the width was 416 px and the height 555 px. So for horizontal pictures I used white space, but now the pictures aren't that detailed of course
