There's a historical corset pattern on Koshka-the-Cat here, and, what's even better, BurdaStyle member manu666tb already used it twice, here and here, so you could eventually ask her for advice...

At dtta they have an excellent custom corset pattern maker. Couldn't find the english version, but it's simple enough: taljevidde=waistline, taljelængde=back lenght (fron nape of neck to waist), hoftevidde=hipline and brystvidde=bust. All measurements are in cm. Press "tegn mit mønster", then on the next page it says "udskriv mit mønster", which meand "print my pattern" and it should be obvious from there. (If not, message me).
