Since I have been sewing I have been solving many an ill fitting top, dress, or pants but the boys are left out. They always ask if I can make them boxers. I figure that they would be fun and easy to make. I would want to make them out of the craziest fabrics I could find. Plus I they would get a kick out of posing for creation pics. HA!
i just unpicked an old comfy pair, and used it as the pattern. had some 1'' elastic that attatched nicely to the top. as i unpicked i worked out the way to put it together.
Free patterns for classic boxers, hiphugger boxers and boys swimming trunks that can easily be shortened to boxers.
But I do agree with dd that the easiest way to get a pattern is copying a good fitting pair of boxers.
Zora, that is great website. I want to turn that hiphugger boxers into pyjama pants. I was lookting for idea of crotch gusset for awhile.
