I saw a how to on how to make a halter top similar to the shirt. It doesn’t have the sleeves, but you could probably add them. If you check out this website

And I would love to see a pattern like the jacket, it is so cute, but I haven’t found one either!
The Idit Patternseams similar to the shirt pattern if you changed the sleeves it could be made to work. You may want to lengthen it by about 3" total that’s the difference in the hem lengths add it to the bottom not at the lengthen shorten lines as that would change where the waist would land. You would still need a tank top or something under it.
The jacket seems similar to the Eva pattern still needs a few changes bring the length up a little and a tie in the back dart, change sleeves.
