I'm having an issue with the site, what do I do?

I received a 500 or 404 Page Error on one or more of the site's pages. What do I do?

A 500 Error means that the error is in connection with our server. A 404 Error means that the specific URL of the page does not exist or is incorrect.

If you have received a 500 Error on the site, please send us the following information via BurdaStyle Support, through the submission box on the right side of this page or directly at Answers@BurdaStyle.com:

- A screen shot, if possible
- The exact URL where you received the 500 Error
- Your BurdaStyle username
- The web browser you experienced the error in (including version)
- The type of computer you experienced the error in
- The time that the error occurred

If you have received a 404 Error, please double-check the URL to ensure that it is correct. If you clicked on a hyperlink from a previous page, such as a blog post or project, please notify us via BurdaStyle Support, through the submission box on the right side of this page, or directly at Answers@BurdaStyle.com.

How do I add a comment or post a reply to a blog post?

Click on the blog post title and scroll down until you reach the comment box titled “Add Your Post.” Write your comment, then click “Add a new post.”

You must be a BurdaStyle member and logged in before you can submit a comment or reply.

How do I post in the Forum?

1). Make sure you are Signed in to your account.

2). Go to the Forum section.

3). Select “Post New Thread,” in the upper right hand corner of the screen and choose your forum category from the drop down menu, enter the subject, and description in the space provided, then click “post.”

4). To respond to an existing thread, select the thread title you wish to respond to, then select “add post,” located at the top and bottom of the posts.
