• How do I set up my account profile?

    1). Click “Login” in the upper right hand of the homepage.

    2). Once logged in you can access your personal account by clicking on your user name that appears in the upper right hand corner of the home page.

    3). You will see the “Profile Tabs” in your profile main page.

    4). Click on any of the tabs and “Add” on any of the sections to add information, or on the “Edit” to update it.

  • How do I find my account profile?

    To view your own profile, simply look to the top right corner and click your highlighted pink username.

  • I have not received a Member Confirmation e-mail. How long should it take?

    If you have not received a member confirmation e-mail within the first 10 minutes of completing your registration, this usually means that you incorrectly typed your e-mail address or that it is in your Junk or Spam folder (many Hotmail account holders experience the latter). If it is not there, please do not attempt to create another account. Instead, send us an e-mail via our Contact Form and we will manually activate your account for you.

  • How do I delete my BurdaStyle account?

    All accounts must be manually deleted from our end.

    To delete your account, please send us an e-mail via our Contact Form. Please provide us with the e-mail address and username associated with the account. To help us better our site and community management we ask you to let us know why you wish to delete your BurdaStyle account.

    Please note that it may take a couple of days for your account to be permanently deleted on all search engines.
